AL-Vac Overhead Crane Systems

This Overhead Crane System's modular design makes it convenient and adaptable to numerous work areas and is available as a free standing system. The enclosed track design eliminates dirt and dust from the rolling surface. Standard lifting systems are available for the following capacities:

  • KB I: 551 lbs (250 kg) Standard lifting capacity
  • KB II: 1102 lbs (500 kg) Standard lifting capacity

    Note: Lifting capacity up to 2756 lbs (1250 kg) available upon request.
    Available in aluminum upon request

    Warning: Ceiling mounted systems require a building with an adequate overhead structure to hang the crane.

    AL-Vac - Swing Jib Crane Column Mounted

    This Column Mounted Swing Jib Crane comes equipped with the following:

  • Column
  • Jib rotating on ball bearings
  • Hoist trolley
  • Adjustable ribbon brake
  • Electrical system with flat cable and plastic cable support
  • Fully painted with rustproof primer and two finishing coats
  • Rotating swing arm - 270°
  • Base plate for floor mounting (swing jib cranes with a lifting capacity of 1102 lbs/500 kg and 236.2 in/6000 mm and over must be floor mounted)
