Possible symptoms
Possible signs include excessive side play at the load sheave, misalignment, rubbing, uneven chain tracking, or abnormal chain/sheave noise.
Inspection / ordering tip
Inspect spacer faces and bore for scoring, wear or deformation and verify the load sheave remains correctly positioned without side play.
